COUNSELLING

The purpose of this therapy is for you the client to change and unlearn old unwanted behaviour, allowing you to express your concerns and experience different forms of counselling. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. You will learn to move forward from the past learning new techniques and behaviours, Counselling can be covered in lots of areas for example Relationships/Couples/Marriage, Family issues, Insecurities, Stress/Anxiety, Work issues, Trauma, Grief, Domestic abuse, Depression, Healing, PTSD, Fears/Phobias, Sleep issues to name but a few. Also children's therapy through counselling and Art Therapy.
